Player Commentary
Mode of transmission
To listen to a commentary track, the player must have an internet connection. The player does not need an internet connection to listen to commentary provided by others via the custom commentators option in the game.
The name of the sport that is being played is displayed in the bottom left corner of the screen in the "Presentation" mode on the main menu. The game will also display the name of the mode that is being played in the menu as well.
For the most part, the names of the players on the field are displayed when the ball is in play. The names of the ball-carriers, as well as the referees are only displayed in pre-match or during a play-off. The commentator is usually referenced in the game either by his number or his name.
